Can We See Future Events In Our Dreams?

News and Society No Comments »

Unless one is inhabiting another planet, one would have most likely sensed that our world is rapidly changing, or could change due to some the 2012 prophecies we’re all hearing about lately.

If you have been following my articles, you will know that I, at times, receive messages of a non secular nature. Much of my dreams and visions had foretold private and some worldwide level occurrences.

The following is part of a messaged dream that I had in Sep 2005:

“In the dream, a massive leopard appeared and moved towards me. He was a n extremely awe-inspiring beast with a virtually human aura about him that exuded a raw dynamic presence. He seemed to have a slightly coloured glow and his bright eyes shined through blue pupils. He started chatting to me. He said “Meditating and trying to get enlightened is not enough. We must upgrade our bodies. There are two periods in this planet’s history that need us to upgrade our bodies’; now and in the Year 1750. “At that moment, I was thinking to myself; Am I not doing enough? He seemed to convey the following message to me..Yes, you are not doing enough and THIS IS THE HINT. He did not say it in a putting-you-down demeanour but rather in a calm, saintly way. “

Dreams are typically symbological illustration of certain issues and occurrences. The leopard ( in the dream ) is representative of a non secular aspect.

Much of what was being conveyed in the dream relates to my own private self-growth. But there’s also an universal message being conveyed here…

I think the Year 1750 discussed in the dream won’t be of the past, but may be referring to a future timeline. It may be referring to the year 1750 of a NEW future time. When this new time will start is however unknown to me. But this dream does appears to coincide with certain prophecies.

If you have been following ancient 2012 prophecies, you’ll know that many traditional cultures foretold of a new golden era. The Mayan stated that the end of our age is in the year 2012 and is foretold of the 2012 prophecy. Tibetans have a predictions called the Kalachakra prophecy which also states that we are getting near a new time.

Dear Reader, I will like to ask of you to briefly postpone any skepticism…to embrace my article with an unfettered mind.

The world around you is in turmoil now. Folk are starving, the economy is slowly declining, there are threats of war, new sicknesses and the weather has been more intense then it has been in many years.

Be in the club about 2012 and prepare yourself for every possible situation that would occur. If nothing happens, great! But what if it does and this was your warning to prepare?

These are, sadly, uncertain times, and what is seen here’s a opportunity to anticipate what actually the Mayans had seen in their visions. And why did the calendar all of a sudden stop predicting in A December 2012 prophecy?

Could there be a validity to the dream message? Could it be that we are actually about to enter a new time which will transform us mentally, physically and emotionally as well? What does your instinct tell you?

Avoid The Bird And Run Into A Marsh

News and Society No Comments »

A Texas man drove his $1 million dollar sports luxury car into the marshes. He blamed a low-flying pelican and the fact that he dropped his cell phone for his accident into the marsh. It isn’t apparent what damages the sports car has but it will be sure to come with a price tag that is probably more than a year’s worth of income for several of us. And it will most likely need to return to France in order to be repaired properly.

The world’s fastest and priciest automobileis the French Bugatti Veyron. The luxury car can get up to 253 mph. The sports luxury car has a 16 cylinder engine that produces 1001 horsepower. Which means Bugatti’s have the ability to go from nothing to 60 miles per hour in three seconds and zero to 180 in 14 seconds.

The price tag is somewhere in the $1.2 million range. This car makes James Bond’s car look like a Chevy Malibu in comparison. Besides being incredibly costly this is an awesome car. I don’t pretend to know much about cars but I did read a lot of gibberish about pistons and cylinders and horsepower multiplied by something equals so many liters of gas and blah blah blah.

All I have to say is that you don’t have to know much or even understand to know that this is a superb machine. But one thing that was easy to understand is that engines get more power when there is more air in the cylinders. So this car has turbochargers that allow the engine to remain compact but gives it so much more power because there’s more air being pumped into the cylinders on each intake stroke.

So turbocharging permits you the ability to cut the size of the engine from 16 liters to 8 liters. In order to make the car run there is a huge radiator to manage the waste heat burning 1.33 gallons of gasoline per minute. The car also has seven gears along with a “paddle-driven, computer controlled shifting system.”

Now for the imperative part that the owner seemingly forgot to concentrate on: how to drive it. He must have been flying extremely fast when a pelican got in the way so he opted to drive into a marsh rather than hit the bird. It probably would have been better to strike the bird than to drive your entire car into the water. The water will have ruined everything instead of just the windshield or part of the hood.

The Bugatti was in water up to the windows. That means the engine, part of the interior, the stereo system and everything would have been damp and messed up. Like I said taking out the bird would have been the better alternative; specially since pelicans are in anything but short supply.

The Bugatti Veyron is an absolutely good-looking luxury car. The French are masters when it comes to the manufacturing, functioning, and sleekness of the car. No wonder it’s positioned No. 1 for the quickest and most high-priced car. It is unparalleled when it comes to luxury cars.

New TRhetoric Emerging From Moving Broker Companies

News and Society No Comments »

One of the interesting phenomena in society is to watch organizations and institutions that are subjected to legal pressure change their ways. They may try to continue their same evil routine, but initially, they will begin to find honest sounding justifications for what they do, as they seek to take refuge in an honest and legal explanation for their practices. You can see this phenomenon at work in the moving industry. In the last 5-10 years, moving brokers have been under more and more pressure from the courts to change their ways and stop some of their unethical practice. Today, in 2009, here is a blurb from a moving broker web site describing their “system.”

“SYSTEM:: We use the main moving system program that enables us to match up your move to one of our available trucks across the nation, so we are able to offer you great discounts for your move. There isn’t a day that goes by when there aren’t hundreds of moving trucks on the road picking up and delivering individuals, families, and business goods throughout the United States. However, there are many times that these trucks will be going to their next destination with free space. Our moving specialists will locate these trucks with free space and fit the right one to your specific moving needs.”

In a small way, this sales blurb represents progress, because most moving brokers would do this secretly, and never let the public know that they weren’t the company that would move them. But now you have to look between the lines and see what this broker is really saying.

First off, on the surface, it sounds like a great deal, and it sounds believable. Moving trucks that are already paid to go to a destination have a half empty truck doing nothing. And now, this enterprising broker has developed a computer program to rapidly locate these trucks and their moves, and arrange for his client’s belongings to be shipped in the trucks, in this space, that otherwise wouldn’t be used for anything, and thus, be shipped at a reduced rate.

Now lets see what really goes on. What the ad doesn’t mention is that this fleet of moving trucks is underpaid, because they are being hired by moving brokers who sell the deal for less money then it is worth and then take their commission. So the truth is they are not going anywhere with empty space in their truck. The truth is, they can only afford to make a trip when their truck is packed with more than one load. Frequently, in fact, in order to make more money, they will strap belongings onto the back of the truck so they can carry more goods in one trip.

The price a consumer pays for getting this “reduced rate,” is his goods will be placed into storage until they can be matched up with a truck. They will be subjected to the stress of the initial loading, then the unloading and storage, then the reloading and then the second unloading. Furthermore, once they are put in a truck in route they may have to be unloaded again, in order to remove someone else’s belongings. Not infrequently only part of a consumer’s goods can fit into one truck. His boxes will get separated and frequently lost, if the label falls off, or even stolen,

As a result of the stress of the move, when the goods finally arrive at their destination, they are often lost, or stolen, and what shows up is damaged or totally broken goods. When the goods finally arrive at the destination they are frequently damaged, stolen or totally broken. And what’s worse, because, as the broker says, they are giving a reduced rates, the contracted mover will seek ways to raise the moving price to pay for his work. So the move may end up costing double what the moving cost estimate said.

A better way to save money, and protect yourself from a moving scam, is to hire a packing company and have them load your goods onto containers, which only you can access. Packing Service Inc. is one honest packing company that is totally opposed to moving scams. They will not only give you good packing and loading help, they will also recommend an honest shipper to move your container or pod to its destination.

Purchasing Tickets Into Space In A Store. Is It A Deliberate PR Decision Or A Failure?

News and Society No Comments »

Thousands of people are engaged in Space exploration nowadays. Millions of euro are spent in this industry on space exploration. Lots of people dream to get into space and implement their childhood dreams.

Today in Austria tickets/seats for orbital trips can be required in an ordinary shop just for 210 thousand euro. Despite the paradoxically of the situation the experts are assure that the offer is quite real. It is possible to state that it is a successful publicity stunt. Even some years ago it was dreamlike and fabulous. Nevertheless, today it may happen. Those people who are ready to spend nearly 200 000 euro can already book the tickets not very far from their home.

“Milk, bread, butter and a ticket into space, please!” In theory it’s possible to hear this phrase in any Austrian Penny supermarket. The discounter offers its customers to buy tickets for XP Spaceplane provided by Rocketplane Global. Regular flights will be launched by the end of 2011. The launching pad is the cosmodrome in Oklahoma. The tourist will stay in zero gravity condition for about 10 minutes. Although the offer is not new but it is rather tempting. General Representatives of Space Adventures consider that such a short space flight will become a very amazing entertainment. The cost of the trip is just 200 thousand euro. It is not 30 million dollars as for the flight on the international space station. Thus, most probably that the worldwide client base will be rather huge.

However not many people will buy tickets for the Spaceplane in the supermarket because of a discord between the product and the sale place. People, who can really afford to pay for such a flight, don’t visit supermarkets very often. At the same time everyone should acknowledge that it was a mutually beneficial decision for the retailer and for the space tour agency to announce about the project this way. Gossip have reached even Russia and that is the best demonstration that the project is already popular. It is a wonderful news occasion to write about the supermarket to mass-media, thus, it is a wise PR decision which has drawn attention to the project.
Today the ticket cost for Rocketplane Global is 210 thousand euro; the figure is comparable with offers of Virgin Galactic.

specialists consider that by the moment of launching of commercial flights to the orbit, the figure will jump to half a million euro. It is not known if this sum will decline and when exactly it will decline. That’s why it makes sense to wait with hasty investments for those who wish to get into space or to contact an excellent service and implement a his or her childhood dream, get a sophisticated personalized gift and get a free link for the website promotion.

Does A BBB Rating Of Excellence Tell You A Company Is Trustworthy?

News and Society No Comments »

As more and instances of moving scams come to light, more and more savvy consumers are carefully checking out the company they want to move with, before signing a contract. One of the first signs most consumers look for, in evaluating a company is their standing with the Better Business Bureau,(BBB). BBB accreditation has meaning, but it also has limitations, and the wary consumer should know exactly what a BBB accreditation means and what it doesn’t mean.

First of all, here’s a quote from a woman who was scammed by a moving company in the summer of 2009: The wording of her description indicates that she obviously got a low moving cost estimate and subsequently the company raised the price and threatened to hold her goods until she came up with the additional money. “had the worst experience ever!…very unprofessional, horrible packing job, items stolen. “
And then we ended up having to pay an extortion fee for them to deliver our furniture. I have complaints into BBB, FMCSA and AMSA to get a refund. we’ll see….. STAY AWAY!!!!! nice presentation/sales people, until you meet Louie. They are a newer company, but had no complaints with the AMSA, A- rating with BBB, etc etc. Hopefully that will change after my complaint.”

You can see what the paradox is. Here’s a company that was in excellent standing with the BBB, and yet they went on to cheat this woman, extort her and steal and destroy her goods.. So if a company with an excellent BBB rating can do this, what good is the rating?

How did this happen, and what should people think when they see that a company has an A rating with the BBB. First of all, what does a BBB rating not mean? In the words of the BBB: ” BBB accreditation does not mean that the business’ products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by BBB, or that BBB has made a determination as to the business’ product quality or competency in performing services.”

A BBB rating does not mean a company has been checked out by the Better Business Bureau, or that their products or services are endorsed by the Better Business Bureau.

So what does a BBB accreditation mean? Again, in the words of the BBB: “If a business has been accredited by the BBB, it means BBB has determined that the business meets accreditation standards which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB accredited businesses pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public.”

This last statement is important and does explain the value of the accreditation. Every company in good standing with the BBB must be willing to go through BBB arbitration, when required by the circumstances. f the BBB rules against a company, the company must comply with the ruling or face losing their good standing with the BBB.

The problem in the current instance is that the company was a newly registered company. Even if they had already extorted other people, maybe their victims didn’t take them to the BBB. Or maybe they’re victims had taken them to the BBB but the arbitration process hasn’t occurred yet. Essentially, this is a window period for scammers to go around with good BBB ratings, and take advantage of unsuspecting victims.

The good side of all this is that if you see an established company that has been around for years, and still has a good rating with the BBB, then they are likely to be honest, If they were dishonest, after all that time, someone would have made a complaint and they would have lost their rating. That makes such a company more trustworthy.

One other point is worth noting. Many scam companies are so clever that they maintain one identity until they lose their BBB accreditation, and then they change their name, and or ownership and seek to start all over again with the BBB, in this way trying to fool the public.

Thought Out Luck And At Age 42 Still Has Faith In Serendipity

News and Society No Comments »

H. Saripa D. Ampatua at 42 still believes in serendipity.

She got married at 19 and for more than 30 years of marriage, she encountered a lot of difficulties being a mother and a wife. Yet, she is still hopeful since she knows that there will come a time that they will tower above
every downfall. This principle enabled her to live harmoniously amidst the poverty they are in, residing in the Philippines.

She has five children aged 25, 22, 17, 14 and 9. Her eldest daughter is already married while the second child works as a company driver. The rest of her children are in Third Year High School and Grade 4.

Saripa on the other hand, only gained the fifth grade and since she married a farmer, she never had a chance to continue her studies. They presently live at Purok 1, Barangay Rebucon, Nunungan, Lanao del Norte, Philippines.

(It seems that nothing has changed in our lives since my father was also a farmer and only one of my six siblings was able to achieve her studies. However, she did not get a chance to work since she married afterwards)

Saripa’s husband is only earning P5,000 (about $100) every three months. With this, the family could hardly survive each day. They are even burdened with the expenses for the children’s education and health.

Unexpectedly, Saripa learned that she is one of the beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

It is a poverty relief program which provides cash subsidies to the poorest households so that they can improve their health, nutrition and education.

The 4Ps is patterned after the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) offered in some countries in Latin America that aims to address certain human development goals.

She was notified that she will be receiving P800 per month starting on November 2008 which she will use for her children’s health and education.

When she received the second payment of their cash grant, Saripa emotionally said, “Nalipay ko kay nadungagan ang binulan namu nga pangita. Karon ang kita sa akong bana mapadulong na gyud sa among konsumo.” (I am very joyful because we have additional money for our monthly income. Now, the earnings of my husband will go directly to our food consumption).

The grateful mother also shared that it is only with 4Ps where she saw a payroll and she hopes that the Program will be continued until they can finally stand on their own.

As far as I know, 4Ps is the only Program that really helps those who are struggling in life. This is our luck which is planned by the government.

Saripa is among the 1,537 beneficiaries in Nunungan, Lanao del Norte who like any other mothers believe that they are destined to have a better life if these opportunities will be nourished with hard work and willpower.
